I love Instagram so much! I always follow and like all the make up tutorials and style inspirations. It’s fun to take all of those little snippets of unique styles and make them my own. It’s so cute to check out little kids styles on Instagram and Pinterest as well.
My kids have a pretty good balance of their own personal style along with suggestions on what mommy thinks they should wear.
Starting with my Bradley (2), I have loved dressing up a little boy more than I thought I would. The ties, the Nikes, the Loafers, the Suits, have all been so much fun. He will wear whatever I put on him. I usually do a sporty look or casual look with him.
Adalynn (5) is all about looking awesome but comfortable at the same time. Everything has to fit right, not too big and not too tight. Her socks have to be a certain length and her bow or head ban has to be perfect. Needless to say, she is the harder one to get ready in the morning.
My Truly is a funny 8 year old girl. She totally gets that style and clothes are cool, but when it comes down to it, she is all about comfort. Yoga pants, T-shirts, and tennis shoes are what this girl thrives on . BUT when I go get her in a dress in heels, she loves to work it like no other.
Damian is finally finding his style as a 6th grader. He is teaching us all about what Nike shoes are cool (apparently Jordans are out) and that the basketball socks are all that matters when it comes to middle school style.
